What is a Website AMC Plan?+
An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a yearly plan where Kragsol takes care of all ongoing technical needs of your website — security, backups, updates, monitoring, and content changes — so you can focus on running your business.
What happens if my website gets hacked?+
Our Business and Enterprise plans include malware scanning and removal. If your website is compromised, we respond immediately to clean and restore it. For Basic plan clients, malware removal is available as an add-on service.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes — you can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrading is available at your next renewal date.
Does the AMC cover design changes or new features?+
AMC plans cover content updates (text, images, basic edits) and technical maintenance. Significant design changes or new feature development are quoted separately as project work.
Do you maintain websites not built by Kragsol?+
Yes. We maintain WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, and custom PHP websites regardless of who originally built them. We do a free audit first to understand the site before taking on maintenance.
